SANEA MEDIA EVENT: 12 FEBRUARY 2008 

The media event hosted by SANEA to pay tribute to the media who promoted communication in the energy sector over the past months was a great success. During his welcoming remarks, Brian Statham, Chairman of SANEA also announced SANEA's intent to submit a bid to host the 1st ever World Energy Congress on the African continent in 2013. This event was hosted by SANEA in conjunction with the College of Whisky and sponsored by Brandhouse Beverages. Media representatives of the electronic and print media attended the function. It was a relaxed evening of informal discussion and networking.
