"China into Africa: A Solution for Africa's Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure Requirements?" |
China, one of the most rapidly growing energy sectors in the world, faces similar challenges to those faced by African countries. What is it that makes China so successful and how can Chinese experience be used to the advantage of Africa. It is evident that China is also investing heavily in Africa and this should be to Africa's advantage. Why is Africa attractive to Chinese investors and what distinguishes them from western investors? Are there lessons to be learned, opportunities to be seized and threats to be avoided?
